Biography: Mr. Cooper has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1977, and has over 30 years of experience in the areas of estate planning, probate, conservatorships, trust and Will controversies and real estate matters. Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Cooper was an income tax auditor for the California Franchise Tax Board and a Manager in the Tax Department of Arthur Young & Company, Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Cooper is currently an officer and director of the Trust & Estate Section of the Orange County Bar Association and is authorized by the Trust & Estate Section of the State Bar of California to make presentations on the subject of Elder Abuse. He has been a member of the adjunct faculty of the University of California at Irvine's Graduate School of Management (1979-97); Golden Gate University's Masters of Taxation Program (1981-85); the University of Southern California's Master of Taxation Program (1984-85); and Western State University Law School (1978-79).
